COVID-19 Update

Dear customers,

 

By now we are all aware of the severity of COVID-19, and probably exhausted from the anxiety of it all. As the world grapples with the unprecedented challenges arising from this pandemic, our hearts and thoughts are truly with everyone around the globe affected. 

 

I want to assure all customers that, in this time of uncertainty, our online store remains open and stable via the Corona-immune Internet. You can still shop at https://preciousbykate.com. Given our reliance on global shipping providers, delays and disruptions in countries under quarantine may naturally develop. However, at the time of this posting, such disruptions are minimal, and customers are receiving the same high level of service.

 

According to the WHO, “The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.” Please rest assured that you should not need to worry about coming in contact with COVID-19 from any packages you receive. Additionally, I and anyone in contact with Precious by Kate jewelry and packaging are making sure to take all safety measures.
