Q: What does gold dipped mean?
A: Gold dipped is also known as gold plated or vermeil, meaning the brass jewelry has been dipped in a coat of real gold. Gold plated jewelry is an elegant yet affordable option. Please keep in mind that they are delicate and must be cared for properly so that they can last a long time. 

Q: Can I request a custom order (ex: specific chain length)?

A: Of course! Simply contact us via email or Instagram (@preciousbykate) to get in touch about this.

Q: How do I care for my jewelry?

A: Please check our page on Jewelry Care for more information.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes, we do. We ship with USPS, and it's calculated for the lowest possible rate based on weight.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Most orders cannot be altered once they're placed, but contact us and we can try our best!

Q: What currency is shown?

A: All items are shown in USD. We're working on different currency conversions for the future!

Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes, on all domestic (U.S.) orders over $50. 

Q: Where is my order?
A: Information on processing time and shipping can be found here.

Q: Can I stack coupon codes?
A: Unfortunately not, you can only use one code for each order.

Q: My order was lost/damaged in the mail. What do I do?

A: You may file a claim with USPS here (priority mail only): https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. We do not hold any responsibility for items lost/missing/damaged in the mail, and all claims are customers' responsibility with the carrier. We do not respond to shipping claims sent to us.

Q: What is your returns and exchange policy?
A: As of now, all items are final sale due to their custom nature and for sanitary reasons.
