Holiday Shipping Guide

As the holiday season approaches, you’ve probably got shopping on your mind, whether you’re purchasing gifts for friends, family, or yourself! Please allow for additional processing and shipping time due to an influx of orders and the handmade nature of our pieces, and the current COVID-19 climate. The postal service has currently suspended international shipments to certain countries listed hereTo make sure your order gets to you on time, please place it as soon as possible. We have several suggested order deadlines** for you to keep in mind so that your order will arrive before Christmas Day (12/25). These are not hard deadlines, but estimates by the US Postal Service. We hope this helps you with your holiday gift planning!

*First class mail times are not guaranteed by USPS. Dates are estimated, and actual delivery date may vary depending on destination, Post Office acceptance date and time and other conditions, including customs delays.

**Backorder products are excluded from the order deadline as they have different processing times.

100% Carbon Offsetting

We offset 100% of our carbon emissions. This means that for any carbon emissions released into the atmosphere as a result from shipping our Precious items to you, we will balance it out by funding verified environmental projects. This will not come at an extra cost to any of our customers, and is simply another great thing about shopping on Precious. Let's all work together towards positive change.

Processing

✧ Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days of your order date. All jewelry is handmade, so please allow up to 10 business days.

✧ Backorder items are noted to have different processing + shipping times.

✧ Delays may occur when ordering around promotional sale events and holidays.

✧ An email with tracking information will be sent to you when your package is shipped out.

✧ All items ship worldwide from Honolulu, Hawaii.

✧ Shipping rate is calculated based on weight + location via USPS.

✧ Domestic (within U.S.)

  • First class: 3-7 days (free on orders $50+)

  • Priority mail: 2-5 days (up to $50 insurance)

  • Priority mail express: 2-3 days (up to $100 insurance)

✧ International (excludes Africa, Central & South America)

  • First class: 14-18 days

  • Priority mail: 7-13 days (up to $50 insurance)

  • Priority mail express: 4-7 days (up to $100 insurance)

✧ Africa, Central & South America

  • First class: 18-26 days

  • Priority mail: 15-21 days (up to $50 insurance)

  • Priority mail express: 7-18 days (up to $100 insurance)

✧ Once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for items lost, missing, or damaged by the carrier. Please choose the priority mail option at checkout for up to $50 insurance in the rare instance that your order is lost, missing, or damaged. You may file a claim with USPS here (priority mail only): https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. All claims are customers' responsibility with the carrier. We do not respond to shipping claims sent to us.

Returns + Exchanges

✧ All items are final sale due to the custom nature of most items, as well as for sanitary reasons. 

✧ We are not responsible for items damaged in transit or that eventually tarnish or break, because it may happen over time. Please review jewelry care to extend the wear here.

✧ We do not offer price matching within our store or others, and coupons can only be applied at the time of purchase.
