after three days of wearing my necklace, the gold completely rubbed off. the extended chain is now all silver and black. it is completely cheap and ruins the combination with the necklace. the chain works perfectly fine, but the gold doesn’t last 3 days. i find it odd that katie started the business trying to make jewelry for sensitive babes, but the extender chain doesn’t reflect that.

I was really excited to purchase the temporary extender because so many necklaces were tight unconventionally. But anyways, I followed the jewelry care but the gold tarnished in 4 ( end of the 4th ) days. The 'plating' was cracked when it came. But it was super small. Anyway, guess its just an extender? Btw, it cracked on the rings not the hook.
3 stars = good and 4 is really good and 5 is love it. I am in between a 3+4 because it serves its purpose even though it rubbed off a little.
